All The Amazing Students That ran
This year we had an amazing turnout of runners for the Grace O’Malley-Kumar Foundation!
With over 30 runners this year we had an amazing atmosphere and an overall great day out with even better fundraising!
All our runners finished between 1:50 and 2:20 staggering over the line in groups of 3-10 people.
We want to thank all of the runners who made this happen, raising fantastic amounts as well as Stubbs and Stallion who provided the half marathon running vests.
Sinead's Run
In a heartfelt and inspiring tribute, Sinead O’Malley-Kumar laced up her running shoes to participate in the Nottingham Half Marathon. Completing the run at 02:45:10! With support from Grace’s university friends throughout the run and her home friends who ran in the race clapping her over the line
The Nottingham Half Marathon wasn’t just another challenge—it was a way to honor Grace’s memory, listening to the songs she loved, while running on the streets that she loved. Despite the emotional and physical difficulty of the race, Sinead pushed through each mile, carried forward by her unwavering determination and the support of friends, family, and the wider community.
The half marathon saw Sinead proudly wear a custom vest with Grace’s name on it, For Sinead, every step was a testament to Grace.
